MEGATURK A.S., a development company in Ankara, retained the strategic alliance of Perkins Eastman and Belluschi Consulting to provide master planning and conceptual design for a 2M sf mixed-use development. The complex will include retail, high-rise residential, and office towers.

The retail space, envisioned as an enclosed regional shopping center with an atrium, will include three stories of retail with two anchor tenants. An entertainment zone on the third story will feature a children's museum related to Nasreddin Hoca, a revered 13th-century Turkish philosopher and humorist.
