Park Meadows is a 1.7M sf resort-like shopping center featuring a town center that includes restaurants, theaters, and specialty stores nestled in a dynamic 160-acre site. Anthony Belluschi, during his tenure as a Principal at Anthony Belluschi Architects, designed this innovative venture commercial development project to look like a mountain lodge, creating an entirely new shopping experience while simultaneously invigorating land values and initiating a development boom.

Using locally quarried stone, timber, and copper, the main interior spaces feature large stone fireplaces, oversized furniture, rustic lighting elements, and fractured stone courtyards with a landscape of boulders and trickling water. Soaring cathedral ceilings with ample skylights and wood finishes of cedar and vertical-grain Douglas fir bring a warm and refined country charm to the retail center.

In addition to becoming a prized retail center for the Denver area and spurring local development, Park Meadows has received numerous awards, including the ICSC Design Award for Innovative Design of a New Project, Urban Land Institute Award of Excellence, AIA Interior Design Award, Design Wise Award of Excellence, and a SADI Design Award for a New Enclosed Center.
